Dr Dani Verity gained a first class Bachelors of Sciences (BSc Hons) degree in psychology from the University of Manchester. After gaining experience as an assistant psychologist Dani then completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology (DClin Psy) at the University of Lancaster. During her training she completed two specialist placements in 3rd sector organisations; a charity for individuals with Huntington’s disease and a charity for individuals affected by cancer. Dani has completed research within the field of neurodegenerative conditions and she is also a member of a special interest group focusing on psychological research for individuals with experience of Huntington’s disease (EHDN charity research).
